  • Perform rigorous Stock Control activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching spare parts with utmost accuracy.
  • Drive Inventory Management best practices, conducting regular audits and cycle counts to reconcile discrepancies and maintain data integrity.
  • Utilize advanced ERP Systems to track inventory, process orders, and generate insightful reports.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and manage Vendor Relations to ensure timely delivery and favorable terms for procurement.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal departments and Logistics Coordination partners to support operational needs.
  • Implement and oversee efficient Warehouse Operations and Material Handling procedures, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct Data Analysis on inventory trends to forecast demand, identify potential shortages, and optimize replenishment processes.
  • Champion Quality Control measures for all incoming and outgoing parts, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  • Proactively identify and resolve inventory-related issues, demonstrating strong Problem-Solving skills.
