Job Description
Develop and oversee preventative maintenance schedules for all transport vehicles, and tools to ensure maximum uptime.
Ensure all vehicle registrations, insurance, and specialized equipment certifications (e.g., crane permits) are current.
Manage the distribution of housing units and beds for site workers, engineers, and subcontractors based on project needs.
Maintain accurate, real-time logs of move-in/move-out dates, room rotations, and available capacity.
Oversee essential services in accommodation areas, including catering, laundry, and the supply of potable water and electricy
Enforce strict safety and fire code compliance across all residential facilities, workshops, and vehicle operations.
Track and report on monthly expenses related to fuel consumption, repair costs, and housing utility bills
