Responsibilities: Supervise and manage daily production operations and team performance. Ensure production targets, quality standards, and KPIs are achieved. Monitor and improve production processes for higher efficiency. Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and planning departments. Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma). Train, guide, and evaluate production staff. Prepare reports on production performance and issues. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing, including supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Good knowledge of ERP systems & MS Office.
