Job Description
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for long life plastic pallets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
- Support maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to resolve product defects and maintain high standards.
