Sharm Dreams Group is Hiring: Regional Purchasing Manager
We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Purchasing Manager to strengthen our procurement operations and support our growing portfolio of hotels.
This role is ideal for a strategic procurement professional who can drive purchasing efficiency, manage supplier relationships, and lead purchasing teams across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement regional procurement strategies aligned with company objectives
• Lead and oversee purchasing teams across hotel operations
• Negotiate supplier contracts to secure optimal commercial terms
• Ensure the timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while evaluating performance
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a regional or multi-property environment
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability and team management experience
• Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
