Roaya Group for Electrical Contracting and Supplies is seeking a goal-oriented and “Procurement Engineer” with proven expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identifying and vetting local suppliers focusing on electrical transformers, RMU, LV Panel, Cables, UPS, Generator, ATS, PFC, MVSG, components to ensure technical compliance.
-Preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations) and analyzing technical bids to select the best value-for-money offers.
-Auditing supplier facilities and performance to ensure they meet the company’s quality and delivery standards.
-Implementing strategies to reduce procurement costs without compromising the integrity of the electrical Supplies.
-Negotiating terms, lead times, and payment schedules with vendors to secure favorable agreements.
-Working closely with the QC team to ensure that received materials match the engineering data sheets.
-Monitoring stock levels of critical raw materials to prevent production delays.
-Staying updated on the prices of raw materials that directly impact Electrical Supplies manufacturing costs.
– Maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and supplier performance metrics for management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
-Education: A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
-Experience: 3-5 years of solid experience in procurement
-Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation power, analytical thinking, and high attention to detail.
-Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel and ERP System, understanding of electrical specifications.
