We’re looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage daily warehouse operations smoothly. If you have experience in stock handling and enjoy leading a team in a fast-paced environment, this role could be a great fit.

:Responsibilities

• Receive silver & jewelry items and check quantities accurately.
• Organize products by codes, categories, and collections.
• Prepare orders for branches and online sales.
• Monitor stock movement (in/out) and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with shipping companies until orders are delivered.
• Coordinate shipments and handle returns efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and stock checks.
• Report any shortages or damaged items.
• Coordinate with sales and accounting teams.
• Maintain warehouse organization, safety, and security.

:Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations (retail or jewelry is a plus).
• Good understanding of inventory control and logistics follow-up.
• High attention to detail (codes, quantities, items).
• Basic computer skills (Excel or similar).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
