Zeta Pharma is currently seeking to hire a Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Zeta’s factory located in 𝐄𝐥-𝐒𝐚𝐝𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞:
Warehouse Specialist

𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end cycle of Finished Goods, including receipt, storage, and issuance. This role ensures high operational accuracy by maintaining detailed Excel trackers and documentation systems, while strictly following QC decisions (Approved/Rejected). The specialist is also accountable for warehouse compliance, which includes daily monitoring of environmental conditions, managing stock breakdowns, and conducting monthly audits for expiry and retest dates to ensure the highest standards of storage and safety.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel)
