Job Summary :
The Warehouse Manager directs receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations. They optimize inventory layout, manage warehouse staff, ensure safety standards, and maintain automated systems to meet fulfillment goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Daily Operations: Oversee receiving, order picking, loading, and dispatch procedures to maintain fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, optimize storage space, and manage inventory accuracy.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise warehouse associates, monitoring productivity targets and performance KPIs.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce standards, equipment safety protocols (forklifts, automation), and facility security rules.
- Shelf-Life & Expiration Control: Execute strict FEFO (FirstExpired, First-Out) and batch/lot-tracking.
- Returns & Reverse Logistics (RTV): Manage damaged goods processing, vendor returns and product recalls efficiently while maintaining strict audit trails.
