We’re Hiring: Warehouse Manager
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch.
* Ensure inventory accuracy through effective stock management and cycle counts.
* Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
* Maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and compliance.
* Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
* Monitor warehouse KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Optimize warehouse space and inventory processes to maximize efficiency.
Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
✔ 9+years of warehouse experience.
✔ Manufacturing background is a must, preferably in the steel or spare parts industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP systems.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
