TRUCKING OPERATIONS MANAGER

📍 Location: Sokhna Branch

We are looking for an experienced Trucking Operations Manager to lead and manage our trucking operations at our Sokhna Branch.

This is a MANAGERIAL & LEADERSHIP POSITION, responsible for overseeing the overall trucking operation, team performance, fleet utilization, drivers, and daily transportation activities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the trucking operations team.
• Oversee all daily trucking and transportation activities.
• Manage drivers, fleet utilization, and operational performance.
• Plan and coordinate truck movements and transportation schedules.
• Ensure on-time and efficient delivery operations.
• Monitor KPIs and improve operational efficiency.
• Handle operational issues and make effective management decisions.
• Coordinate with customers, drivers, and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Managerial Role within Trucking / Transportation Operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume operations under pressure.
• Experience in Ain Sokhna / Port Operations is a strong advantage.
