🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Specialist to manage courier availability across assigned client hubs and ensure smooth daily operations.

The role involves close coordination with hub managers, couriers, Telesales, and Account Management teams to maintain service levels and resolve operational issues.

📌 Responsibilities

Monitor daily courier headcount and ensure required availability.

Proactively manage courier replacements and coordinate recruitment with Telesales.

Follow up on pending courier deposit collections within the 24–48 hour SLA.

Maintain strong relationships with hub managers and stay updated on hub requirements.

Resolve daily courier issues including attendance, performance, and disputes.

Escalate operational risks before they impact client SLAs.

Maintain accurate operational records and provide data support to the Account Manager.

Strong communication and relationship-management skills.

Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure.

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Good data awareness and basic reporting skills.

Strong teamwork and coordination skills.

🎓 Qualifications

University degree preferred.

1–3 years of experience in operations, logistics, or field coordination.

Experience with couriers, field teams, or hub operations is a plus.

Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp Business, or tracking tools.
