Tender Mechanical Team Leader At Atrium

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Mechanical Tendering Team Leader will lead tendering activities for mechanical works

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the mechanical tendering team
• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and technical/commercial proposals
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and commercial teams
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Identify risks and value engineering opportunities
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• +10 years of experience in Mechanical Tendering (MEP / Construction)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
• Previous team leadership experience is preferred
• Strong analytical and communication skills
