We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Planning Managerto join our growing team and drive planning excellence across our manufacturing operations.
Key Requirements:

* 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning within a manufacturing environment.
* Proven experience in a leadership or managerial role.
* Strong expertise in ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
* In-depth knowledge of production planning, inventory management, demand forecasting, and S&OP processes.
* Experience in lubricant, chemical, or FMCG manufacturing is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the Supply Chain Planning function to ensure efficient production and supply planning.
* Develop and implement demand forecasting and inventory optimization strategies.
* Ensure material availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
* Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to align operational plans with business objectives.
* Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.
* Lead, coach, and develop the planning team to achieve departmental objectives.
