Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

1. Material Planning

• Analyze sales orders and production plans
• Identify required materials and shortages
• Set material priority based on delivery deadlines

2. Procurement Coordination

• Follow up on all local and foreign purchase orders
• Track lead times and supplier commitments
• Ensure timely availability of materials

3. Payment Prioritization

• Determine which suppliers should be paid first based on:
  • Production urgency
  • Order deadlines
  • Material criticality
• Work with finance to align cash flow with priorities

4. Reporting & Tracking

• Maintain updated tracking for:
  • Open orders
  • Material status
  • Purchase orders
• Build simple dashboards (Excel or ERP)

5. Process Improvement

• Develop a structured system for material and payment prioritization
• Reduce production delays caused by material shortages
