Job Description

  • Works on the day-to-day operations.
  • Communicate with UPA end user customers direct.
  • It’s better to have experience on UPA work process from Receipts issuance till payment transfer stage.
  • Includes overseeing and directing the company’s administrative processes and procedures.
  • Ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
  • Responsible for managing projects, budgets, resources, and customers orders.
  • Reports to the head of operation and works closely with the operational team and the customers.
  • Detect ways to improve customer experiences.
  • Enhance operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality
  • standards.
  • Customer interference and negotiation skills.
