Job Description
- Works on the day-to-day operations.
- Communicate with UPA end user customers direct.
- It’s better to have experience on UPA work process from Receipts issuance till payment transfer stage.
- Includes overseeing and directing the company’s administrative processes and procedures.
- Ensuring efficiency and compliance with policies.
- Responsible for managing projects, budgets, resources, and customers orders.
- Reports to the head of operation and works closely with the operational team and the customers.
- Detect ways to improve customer experiences.
- Enhance operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality
- standards.
- Customer interference and negotiation skills.
