Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery while maintaining high service levels, preferably within the FMCG sector.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in supply chain management (3–5 years preferred), preferably within the FMCG industry
• Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory management in fast-moving environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations
• Manage procurement processes and supplier relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams for efficient distribution
• Analyze supply chain performance and implement improvements
• Control costs while maintaining quality and service standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
