Doctor M Pharmacies is seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across our growing pharmacy chain.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
1️⃣ Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.
2️⃣ Manage purchasing, inventory, warehousing, and distribution operations. 3️⃣ Ensure product availability across all pharmacy branches while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
4️⃣ Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate commercial agreements.
5️⃣ Monitor inventory turnover, stock availability, and expiry management. 6️⃣ Improve supply chain efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance service levels.
7️⃣ Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
8️⃣ Prepare reports, KPIs, and dashboards for senior management.
9️⃣ Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing departments to support business growth.
📝 Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain Management.
Managerial Experience: At least 3 years in a managerial role within a pharmacy chain, pharmaceutical company, or healthcare retail organization.
Core Expertise: Strong experience in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, and Warehousing.
Skills:
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
🎓 Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or Supply Chain Certification (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) is a plus.
Experience in managing multi-branch retail or pharmacy operations.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and inventory control best practices.
