We are looking for a strategic Procurement Manager to join our team and lead our sourcing excellence in 10th of Ramadan City!
📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt
🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Define and execute long-term sourcing roadmaps and category playbooks.
• Supplier Management: Build and manage tier-based supplier strategies, focusing on performance, development, and risk mitigation.
• Operational Leadership: Drive end-to-end procurement processes, ensure cost savings, and enhance compliance.
• Business Partnering: Use data-driven insights to influence cross-functional decisions and continuous improvement.
• KPI Management: Track value creation, savings, and procurement performance.
  📋 Key Requirements:
• Experience: 7+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement within the Manufacturing sector.
• Industry Focus: Proven experience in building/construction materials (cement, concrete, aggregates, or chemicals) is highly preferred.
• Skills: Strong track record in building category strategies, supplier development, and supply chain execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
