Supply Chain Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s supply chain strategy in alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, including demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, transportation, and distribution.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other required supplies in line with production and business requirements.
• Develop effective inventory control strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize excess and obsolete inventory.
• Monitor purchasing and logistics performance and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain team and establish clear KPIs and performance standards.
• Analyze supply chain costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.
• Develop strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and other strategic partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop effective contingency and business continuity plans.
• Prepare and present regular supply chain performance reports and recommendations to senior management.
  Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or related functions, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial position.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or FMCG companies is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
