Planning Specialist

A leading company in the Food & FMCG industry is looking to hire a Planning Specialist to join its team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain warehouse stock levels for raw and packaging materials.
• Issue material requisitions based on agreed stock levels and planning needs.
• Ensure timely requisitioning of materials.
• Issue production and packaging orders in line with the approved production plan.
• Review and analyze daily production reports and adjust plans accordingly.
• Analyze weekly warehouse data for finished goods and samples.
• Review monthly stock reports for raw and packaging materials.
• Track production versus plan and monitor product yield.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and order due dates.
• Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage inventory issues, schedule changes, and order cancellations.
• Prepare performance and cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Attend weekly and monthly planning meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in the Food & FMCG industry.
• Good command of English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Odoo ERP is preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP II is an advantage.
