Supply chain manager

Your responsibilities will include:
🔹 Managing strategic and tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, warehousing, and receiving.
🔹 Overseeing supply chain and operations strategy for maximum efficiency and cost optimization.
🔹 Preparing SKU forecasts and developing demand planning processes in coordination with relevant departments.
🔹 Driving supply and inventory plans aligned with business plans to achieve targets and minimize goods shortage risk.
🔹 Analyzing current processes and suggesting improvements to increase warehouse efficiency and company profitability.
🔹 Monitoring stock levels and movements to ensure healthy inventory levels.
🔹 Writing and editing product content for publication on e-commerce websites/portals.
🔹 Outlining the operations of the e-commerce business unit.
🔹 Collaborating with product management, graphics, and sales teams to provide updated content for e-commerce platforms.
🔹 Following up on supply chain KPIs and target achievements.
🔹 Ensuring a steady supply of cost-efficient, high-quality materials for production and product delivery.
🔹 Conducting physical inventory counts and reconciling them with the data storage system.

The ideal candidate will have:
🔹 8-15 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG industry (Food & Beverage).
🔹 Excellent English language skills.
🔹 Outstanding leadership abilities.
🔹 Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, shippers, and customers.
🔹 Six Sigma certification is preferable.
