We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to help ensure the timely sourcing of materials that keep our business moving and support successful product launches.
What You’ll Do
Source excipients, packaging materials, and marketing supplies.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best value, quality, and delivery.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Issue purchase orders and coordinate procurement activities.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain procurement documentation.
Collaborate with Planning, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance to ensure uninterrupted supply.
Key Competencies & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic ERP knowledge.
High attention to detail with a proactive, learning mindset.
