Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supply Chain Engineer in Material Control, based in El Mohandeseen, Egypt. The role involves overseeing inventory management, optimizing procurement, analyzing supply chain processes, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure an efficient flow of materials. The Supply Chain Engineer will be responsible for drafting reports, monitoring cost compliance, improving performance metrics, and aligning supply priorities with project requirements. The role also emphasizes continuous improvements in operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a construction environment.
Familiarity with material control processes and inventory management principles is a plus.
Basic understanding of ERP systems; SAP experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
