Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Section Head based in Cairo, NY. The role involves managing and overseeing contractual agreements, negotiating terms with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with company policies, and mitigating legal or financial risks related to contracts. The Contracts Section Head will also be responsible for analyzing contract performance, providing strategic advice to key stakeholders, and leading a team to maintain efficiency and high standards in contract management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in #Arch or #Civil Engineering .
Strong knowledge of #CLAC ,#FIDIC and other standard #contract forms.
#Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project lifecycles .
Excellent #documentation, #analytical, and #communication skills.
Strong expertise in Contract Management, Negotiation, and Risk Assessment
Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects is a strong advantage
Proficient in project management tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
