SOFICO Pharm* is looking for an experienced *Supply Chain Director* to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the *end-to-end supply chain operations*, ensuring product availability, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and high service levels.
🔹 *Key Responsibilities: *
* Demand & Supply Planning
* Procurement & Inventory Management
* Warehousing & Logistics
* Distribution & Supply Chain Operations
* Forecasting & S&OP
* Supply Chain Optimization & Cost Control
* Cross-functional coordination with Commercial, Sales, Finance, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Warehouse, and Fleet & Distribution teams
* Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations
🔹 *Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Pharmacy
* Strong experience in *Supply Chain Management, preferably within the **Pharmaceutical industry*
* Solid knowledge of Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Procurement, Logistics, and Distribution
* Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Experience with ERP/SAP systems is highly preferred
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
