Procurement Manager
Kandil Group is looking for an experienced #ProcurementManager to join our team!
📍 Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Manage supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and relationship management.
* Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality standards and timely delivery.
* Oversee purchasing activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
* Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
* Lead and develop the procurement team to achieve departmental goals.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure materials and services are available when needed.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proven experience in procurement management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
* Excellent knowledge of supplier management, purchasing processes, and cost control.
