Supply Chain & CRM Director
I’m pleased to share a confidential executive opportunity on behalf of a leading multinational medical devices manufacturer with a major manufacturing operation in Egypt.
We are looking for an accomplished Supply Chain & CRM Director to lead the end-to-end supply chain function, overseeing planning, procurement execution, imports, exports, warehousing, logistics, customer service, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
This is a strategic leadership position suited for a professional who combines operational excellence with strong business acumen and extensive experience within multinational manufacturing environments.
Key Requirements:
✔ 12+ years of Supply Chain leadership experience in manufacturing.
✔ Proven expertise in Egyptian import/export regulations, ACID, Customs Clearance, and EDA procedures.
✔ Strong knowledge of ERP systems, MRP, S&OP, and international logistics.
✔ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional Supply Chain teams.
✔ Excellent English communication skills with experience working in multinational environments.
✔ Experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
