RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and coordinate the procurement of materials and supplies needed for construction projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock assessments to forecast needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to identify material requirements and timelines.
  • Track shipments, verify delivery, and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and supplier contracts using supply chain management software.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics management.
  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to deal effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
