Spare Parts Storekeeper
Job location : Shubra Al Khaymah
Job description:-
• Delivery of the required items from the warehouse quickly and by following
• Receiving the items supplied to the store and matching them with the supply order for receipt and signing the receipt minutes.
• Correspond with the authorities for the technical examination.
• Responsible for the developmental plans and programs for the stores and internal requirements (GMP, FSSP, ……).
• Responsible for organizing affiliated stores and shelves and coding the stored stored sites stored in the instructions.
• Supervising the assistants and workers and organizing the workflow throughout the day (24 hours).
• Executing all the tasks required by his superiors in managing the stores.
• Submitting daily reports to senior management and the relevant departments.
• Responsible for keeping documents.
• Responsible for carrying out the administrative work in the store.
• Responsible for following up on codes and items, checking and receiving products and storing them.
• Complete the receipt order and record it on the company’s system.
• Ensure that the required quantity is received.
• Compliance with occupational safety and health instructions.
• Entering incoming and outgoing data on Oracle.
• Make a daily inventory.
• Coding items.
Job requirement:-
• Bachelor degree.
• At least 5 years experience in spare parts.
• Excellent level in Excel.
• It is preferable to work on Oracle software.
