We are hiring Senior Tender Engineer (Architectural & MEP) – Full Fit-Out Projects

⏳ Experience: 5–7 Years
We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Tender Engineer to join our team and lead the estimation and tendering process for high-end fit-out projects.
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
* 5–7 years of experience in tendering and estimation within the Egyptian construction and fit-out market.
* Strong knowledge of Architectural Finishes, MEP Systems, Interior Fit-Out, and Construction Methodologies.
* Excellent understanding of local material prices, subcontractor markets, and construction costs in Egypt.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software.
* Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
* Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
* Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed pricing breakdowns.
* Coordinate with design, procurement, and operations teams.
* Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Lead the complete tendering cycle from invitation to submission.
