Senior & Supervisor Raw Materials Procurement

🔑 Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Management: Strategically source, evaluate, and engage reliable local and foreign raw material suppliers.
Negotiation & Contracting: Lead commercial negotiations to secure advantageous terms, pricing, quality, and payment schedules.
Supply Chain Optimization: Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Finance teams to track purchase requisitions and ensure stock optimization.
ERP & Order Execution: Process, monitor, and manage purchase orders and invoices on the ERP system.
Delivery & Continuity: Ensure on-time delivery of raw materials to prevent any production line stoppages.
Performance Evaluation: Assess vendor performance, evaluate spending operations, and recommend cost-saving strategies.
Reporting: Prepare regular procurement, lead time, and payment terms improvement reports for senior management.

📋 Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or any relevant discipline. (Engineering is a plus, but NOT mandatory).
Experience: 5 to 7+ years of solid experience in Raw Materials Procurement (preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors).
Languages: Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Key Competencies: Exceptional negotiation, communication, analytical, and vendor management skills.
