The role is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement activities of an assigned Non-Pharma division, ensuring optimum product availability, inventory optimization, supplier performance, and commercial profitability while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the purchasing performance of an assigned Non-Pharma division.
Develop procurement plans aligned with sales forecasts and commercial objectives.
Lead supplier negotiations to achieve the best commercial terms, pricing, rebates, and payment conditions.
Ensure optimum product availability while maintaining inventory and stock coverage targets.
Monitor supplier performance and build long-term supplier relationships.
Analyze sales, inventory, and market trends to support purchasing decisions.
Coordinate with Category Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehousing, and Operations to ensure effective procurement execution.
Identify opportunities to improve procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business performance.
Monitor procurement KPIs and recommend corrective actions to achieve business targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, Pharmacy, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Power BI is an advantage).
