Midea is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Sadat City, Menoufia and play an important role in maintaining and improving product and process quality.
๐ Location: Sadat City, Menoufia, Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify defects and non-conformities.
- Investigate quality issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain quality reports and related documentation.
- Work closely with Production and other departments to improve quality performance.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelorโs degree in Engineering is preferred.
- 3โ5 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Good knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, Pareto, 8D, FMEA, or SPC is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- Preferably a resident of Menoufia Governorate.
