At **Spire Pharma**, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven **Senior Purchasing Specialist** to join our Supply Chain team.

If you have strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management, procurement, and cost optimization, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ **Key Responsibilities**

* Process purchase requisitions and issue accurate purchase orders.
* Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive prices and favorable terms.
* Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
* Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
* Monitor supplier performance and resolve purchasing or delivery issues.
* Coordinate with the Warehouse, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎯 **Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
* At least 4 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
* Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP/purchasing systems.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* CIPS Foundation certification is a plus.
