Senior Purchasing Specialist At INSUTECH

About the job

Job Description

  • Purchase all indirect materials (locally) for the manufacturing plants.
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
  • Negotiate contract terms agreements and pricing to reach the lowest price, best quality, and best payment facility.
  • Periodic check to ensure optimal stock levels according to seasonality and forecast.
  • Follow up on the purchase order delivery schedule with the vendors to ensure sending the goods during the specified supply period.
  • Coordination with the warehouse department and the departments concerned with the dates of supply to receive goods.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of solid experience.
  • Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
  • The ability to communicate effectively.
  • The ability to organize, focus and work under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Very Good command of the English language.
  • Excellent Communication skills.
