GET Group Holdings Ltd. – is hiring immediately: Senior_Project_Manager 📍 Location: Sheraton, Cairo – Egypt Employment Type: Full_time Hybrid Key_Responsibilities: -Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
-Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
-Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
-Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
-Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
-Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
-Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-10+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
-Strong background in IT, software development, or large-scale systems integration projects.
-PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is a strong advantage.
-Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in tight timelines.
