Senior Procurement & Tendering Specialist

A leading General Supplies Company is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Procurement & Tendering Specialist to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Source new suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing vendors.

Obtain and compare quotations to ensure the best value in terms of price, quality, and delivery.

Prepare technical and commercial comparison sheets.

Manage tenders, and bidding processes.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

Issue purchase orders and follow up on order fulfillment.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with specifications.

Prepare procurement and tendering reports for management.

Maintain supplier database and evaluate supplier performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, and Tendering.

Experience in handling suppliers and preparing commercial offers.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.

Good command of English.

Experience in ERP systems is an advantage.
