We’re Hiring | Senior Procurement Specialist

📍 Location: Cairo, Egypt
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, and purchase order management.
* Develop and execute sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
* Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, pricing, and service level agreements.
* Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procurement standards.
* Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business and project requirements.
* Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance dashboards.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain.
* Experience in the utilities, energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors is highly preferred.
* Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills.
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle is a plus).
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
