You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing and supplier relationships, securing high-quality goods and services at the best total cost on both foreign and local markets.

Description:
· Manage and execute local and foreign procurement activities from sourcing to delivery, ensuring timely availability of materials and services.
· Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve competitive prices, quality, and favorable payment terms.
· Prepare and issue RFQs, purchase orders, and procurement documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
· Follow up on international shipments, import procedures, customs clearance, and delivery schedules for foreign purchases.
· Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, finance, warehouse, and other internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
· Monitor supplier performance, resolve delivery or quality issues, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
· Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify new suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
· Review and negotiate quotations, contracts, payment terms, and commercial conditions with suppliers.
· Ensure procurement activities comply with company procedures, budgets, specifications, and applicable regulations.
· Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, purchase orders, and reports.
· Analyze procurement spending and prepare periodic procurement reports and KPIs for management.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cost, quality, lead time, and procurement efficiency.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree from Business Administration / Supply Chain & Logistics or any related field.
3–5 Years of experience in both foreign and local procurement.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
