We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our team and lead operations for a Telecom Account 📞
📍 Work Location: Zahraa Maadi
🔹 Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team to achieve operational targets and KPIs.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs, productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Monitor daily attendance, adherence, and overall team performance.
- Handle escalations and support the team in resolving customer-related issues.
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate action plans.
- Conduct regular team briefings and communicate operational updates.
- Prepare and follow up on performance reports and operational results.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and client requirements.
🔹 Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree 🎓
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Telecom
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
