🔹 Role Overview:
In this role, you’ll be the key link between our design, procurement, and production teams — ensuring smooth project flow, optimized timelines, and efficient material utilization. You’ll use your engineering background and planning expertise to manage complex projects and keep our operations running at peak performance.
🔸 Main Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor detailed project and production schedules for electrical panel manufacturing.
Coordinate between engineering, procurement, and production to align priorities and ensure timely execution.
Utilize ERP / MRP systems to track progress, material requirements, and delivery milestones.
Manage workflow updates, analyze capacity, and identify improvement opportunities.
Prepare and present project performance reports to management.
Support operational excellence by anticipating material or scheduling risks early.
🔸 Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
5–8 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or project coordination within electrical manufacturing / panel building.
Strong knowledge of ERP or MRP tools and data-driven planning.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset toward problem-solving.
