Job Purpose:
The Online Sales Executive – Logistics is responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing customer relationships through online platforms. The role focuses on promoting the company’s logistics, shipping, and customs clearance services via digital channels, converting online inquiries into confirmed deals, and supporting the overall sales growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
Manage inbound inquiries received through email, company website, social media, and digital campaigns.
Prepare quotations and proposals for logistics services including air freight, sea freight, land transport, and customs clearance.
Follow up with online leads and convert them into successful sales transactions.
Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, quotations, and sales in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch digital campaigns targeting key market segments.
Track online traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to improve performance.
Provide regular reports on online sales progress, market trends, and competitor activities.
Build long-term relationships with clients acquired through online platforms.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in online sales or business development within the logistics / freight forwarding industry.
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, freight pricing, and global logistics processes.
Proficiency in CRM tools, online lead management, and digital communication platforms.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (Arabic is an advantage).
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
