LGL is looking for a motivated Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for ambitious candidates who want to build a career in the shipping and logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily freight forwarding operations (Sea, Air, and Land) for import/export shipments.
Coordinate shipments with customers, shipping lines, carriers, and global agents.
Prepare shipping instructions and ensure accurate documentation (B/L, invoices, shipping statements).
Follow up on shipment status and provide updates to clients.
Issue arrival notices and coordinate delivery processes.
Maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, partners, and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience.
Basic knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Excellent command of English.
