We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Logistics Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments locally and internationally from suppliers to customers.
- Manage import/export processes, customs clearance, and shipping documentation.
- Communicate with partners including freight forwarders, shipping lines, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Track deliveries and provide regular updates.
- Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate internally to ensure timely delivery and efficiency.
- Monitor logistics costs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good English command.
