🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
🏭 Mill Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with textile factories specializing in Dyeing, Printing, and Finishing.🧵 Yarn Procurement: Handle yarn purchasing and secure high-quality raw materials for production.⚙️ Technical & Process Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of fabric construction and all processing stages (spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing, and printing).🤝 Supplier Network: Deep knowledge of, and established connections with, local and international fabric and yarn suppliers.💰 Pricing & Market Awareness: Expert knowledge of current market prices, cost structures, and pricing for various fabrics and yarns.

🎓 Bachelor’s degree, preferably a graduate of Spinning & Weaving Engineering or a related field.📈 3 to 5 years of experience in fabric sourcing or a similar role within a garment/textile manufacturing environment.🗣️ Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (written and spoken).🧠 Technical Acumen: Deep familiarity with textile materials, structures, and manufacturing workflows.
