- End-to-End Shipment Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of international and domestic orders, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, freight forwarders, and end-customers.
- Customs & Compliance Leadership: Manage all technical documentation (COO, CI, PL) and navigate customs regulations to ensure the swift clearance of specialized printing hardware and chemical consumables (inks/toners).
- Provider & Contract Negotiation: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with 3PL providers and shipping lines to optimize freight costs and improve lead times.
- Inventory & Warehouse Synergy: Collaborate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels, ensuring high-demand printing spare parts are replenished and ready for dispatch.
- Risk Mitigation & Tracking: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks in the global supply chain and provide real-time tracking updates to the sales and technical teams.
- Process Optimization: Analyze logistics data to refine internal workflows, reducing operational overhead while maintaining high service standards for our trading partners.
