Job Description
Pacific International Shipping is seeking to hire a Senior Import Specialist.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in import operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Very good command of English (written and spoken).
Strong knowledge of import procedures and international shipping processes.
Experience in handling Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and shipping documentation.
Ability to coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple shipments and follow up on delivery schedules.
Preferably residents of the 5th Settlement or Nasr City.
Location: Fifth Settlement, Cairo
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday (Friday & Saturday off)
