Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Mechanical and Architecture professional, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves sourcing, procuring, and coordinating mechanical and architectural materials and supplies in accordance with project requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, liaising with suppliers, managing purchase orders, negotiating pricing, and ensuring quality standards. The successful candidate will also assist in maintaining solid supplier relationships and monitor the delivery schedules to meet project timelines and procurement budgets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance work
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools
- Knowledge and experience in Inspection and quality assurance processes
- Familiarity with Automotive and related mechanical systems
- Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required
- Experience in the construction or fit-out industry is highly desirable
- 1-5 years of experience
