We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Import & Shipping Specialist to join our team.

Location: Cairo, Egypt Male Candidates Only

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on all import shipments from suppliers until final delivery.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs clearance agents.

Review and verify all shipping and import documentation.

Monitor vessel schedules, shipment status, and expected arrival dates.

Resolve shipping and customs-related issues efficiently.

Minimize demurrage, detention, and storage costs.

Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures.

Prepare shipment reports and logistics performance indicators (KPIs).

Follow up on HBL, MBL, and Telex Release issuance and accuracy.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Import, Shipping, or Logistics Operations.

Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs clearance procedures.

Experience dealing with freight forwarders and shipping companies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Good command of English.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
